A Loving-Kindness Prayer for Daughters and Sons of the Silent Wound

For the ones who need validation

Dear Brave Souls,

I write and speak about what I know—what I’ve lived through, and what I’m still walking through. I share what has helped me and continues to hold me steady, and I open up about the messy, sacred journey of healing. Bit by bit, I return to myself. And perhaps, through these words, you may find pieces of yourself too.

Each week, I offer a healing prayer—a tender invitation to feel validated, to receive a few supportive words, and to let your experience be gently witnessed. These prayers begin as whispers to myself, and in sharing them, I hope to soothe the sore places we so often hide.

This week, I speak to and stand beside the daughters and sons of narcissists—those who have carried unimaginable weights on their shoulders, often misunderstood, unseen, and dismissed by the very people meant to protect them.

May this prayer be a balm.
May it help you feel seen.
May it bring you even a moment of peace.

Please feel free to share it with people who need it as well.

Until next time, be well.

Your support means more than just a coffee — it’s a spark of encouragement, a moment of connection, and a gentle reminder that I’m not alone on this creative path. Every gesture like yours helps me keep going, creating, writing, and sharing from the heart.

I’m truly grateful you’re part of this journey. May your days be filled with light, inspiration, and moments of peace.
