I'm Corinne Thomas (Dip. Hyp. Psych)— trauma therapist, writer, trauma survivor, creativity guide, Eastern European. Empath. Quiet rebel.
I’ve lived through narcissistic harm, cultural displacement, and the slow erasure of self that comes from being told to "just get on with it."
For years I suffered in silence. When I finally began to heal, I didn’t need fixing —
I needed someone to say:
