Dear Sunshine it does sound as if we have quite a lot of similar experiences and views although we live so far away. I am grateful somebody feels the same, understands, connects. I am telling you ....the recipe is so simple and the taste so good. I have to buy another tray as by the time I take the first lot out and put the next one in, my husband finishes the first lot while still hot:)
