Although we are creatures of habit let’s add to our destress / detox/ decompress tool basket a few new ones.
Please pick up a journal (choose one that speaks to you as we we are going to use it a bit in the next months, weeks), a Sharpie or a biro, or a pencil, put your favourite music in the background and let’s go. I cannot stress enough the importance of having a journal you are connected with. A few blog entries about various types of journals, journalling, about the importance of infusing them with your energy are in the pipeline.
